Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange/return window, meaning you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or return.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid invoice must be presented at the time of return pickup.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept exchange/returns only in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.

  2. The product seal is broken or packaging is damaged at delivery.

  3. The product has expired at the time of delivery.

If your request is approved, we will arrange pickup from the delivery address and notify you of the expected pickup date.

  • For exchanges: The replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after pickup.

  • For any delivery discrepancies, you must contact us within 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shuddha Poshnam reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or payment issues.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
